Official Bad Empire Protocol for Custom Assets
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature and high value of our products, Bad Empire does not offer cash refunds. Please read the terms below carefully.
1. 3D Blueprints & Deposits
The $500 3D Blueprint deposit is Non-Refundable. This fee covers the professional CAD design and labor required to initiate your custom vision. Once the design process has begun, this deposit cannot be returned.
2. Custom Jewelry & Timepieces
Every watch and piece of jewelry from Bad Empire is customized or flooded to order. Because these items are modified specifically for the client, they are exempt from standard return policies. We do not accept returns for "buyer's remorse" or changes of heart.
3. Exchanges & Store Credit
In rare cases, at the sole discretion of Bad Empire management, we may offer an exchange or store credit. This is only considered if the item is in pristine, unworn condition with all original seals, boxes, and certifications intact.
4. Defective Items
If an item arrives with a verified manufacturer defect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will coordinate a secure return and provide a repair or replacement at no cost.
