Agreement for the Bad Empire Luxury Boutique
1. Governing Law
All transactions and interactions with Bad Empire are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County, NYC.
2. Fraud & Chargebacks
Bad Empire has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback for a legitimately delivered product, we will provide your bank with full GPS tracking data, signed delivery receipts, and 1080p security footage (for local pickups).
Note: Attempting to reclaim funds for a delivered luxury asset is considered theft and will be reported to the appropriate authorities in the Diamond District and your local jurisdiction.
3. Verification Protocol
To protect our clients and our inventory, Bad Empire reserves the right to request Identity Verification (Government ID) for any order. Failure to provide verification will result in immediate order cancellation and a full refund.
4. Pricing & Availability
Due to the volatility of gold and diamond markets, prices are subject to change without notice. Bad Empire reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or inventory unavailability.
